IMPORTANT: Due to the current US Tariffs regulations, shipments to US will be on hold until further notice. If you have a US address, placing an order means you agree that you will wait until shipments resume.
All of the items are in stock and ready to ship, however, if you have a US address, all parcels are currently on hold due to the new regulations of the tariffs in your country. Currently, the courier we use does not support parcel shipping to US (PHLpost, the government post office), and only supports the mailing of documents (or just paper merch). Thus, I still also have US bound orders held from the previous Preorder Batch shop open (July 2025). Most customers opted to just wait until the situation is lifted. We can have it shipped via private channels, but the tariffs might still be imposed on your package, even if I send it as a gift, and might get returned to seller (RTS).
If you want to choose to wait until the shipments can be done, I will also be most thankful, and inform you as soon as it is possible. The earliest we can assume is January 2026, which is the official newsletter of when the current regulations might be lifted/revised. Shipping and Production Information
- Remember to check out the "Stretch Goal Rewards" product listing when your order reaches certain purchase caps. This is so you would not need to contact me via email, and this is also to make sure those who receive the rewards are those who really want the item. (Some customers might not know what to do with a lot of Dan Hengs!)
- The listing is free SF, so you may check it out/add/place another order with just that on your cart any time.
Shipping and Production Information
- If items are on stock, they will be shipped out as soon as your order is placed.
- If shop or items are on PREORDER, production time will be 1-2 months from shop preorder period. It will also depend on suppliers as I have various suppliers for each merch, so thank you so much in advance for being extra patient.
- As much as possible, I have ordered the items before shop open, to ensure all items are in stock.
- Shipments start earliest as soon as production is done.
- ETA is 2-8 weeks upon shipout via PHLPOST. (Please note that shipping fee is calculated based on weight, so I will contact you regards the SF should anything come up.) You may check the shipping rates here: https://phlpost.gov.ph/postal-rates/

For Patreon members:
- Priority shipping will be High Elder tier, as it is the tier including a merch bundle with shipping.
- Patreon members (any tier) will have a kickstarter in shop open, discount vouchers, and selected tiers will have special merch bonuses that are not part of the catalog.
FAQ
- Are there tariffs for parcels bound to US?
Currently, only documents and prints are allowed to be shipped to US. Other items will not bypass scan and will most certainly get hit by the current tarriff regulations. However, it is expected to be revised/changed by January 2026. Should you place an order, please do take this as an important note! I have my August batch orders bound to US still on hold because of this rule. - Do you do group orders?
Yes. You may order within BigCartel or outside this site (you may contact me via the email above!) and I can arrange it via the courier you prefer. You may refer to the catalog above or in bigcartel for the products. Same preorder benefits and promotions apply. Also let me know the number of participants in your order so I can know how many freebies to add in. I also added this kickstarter catalog in case anyone would like to arrange GOs in advance to make it on time for the early bird rewards.
Discount codes are computed for each order, not on overall order! - Is there a minimum order value to claim the stretch goal freebie?
Yes. I needed to add a minimum order value to prevent the preorder bonuses from being taken advantage of. - Will you open local shop?
Yes. I may consider opening via google forms, or setting up a local shop website, so please stay tuned as I will most likely open local order forms the same time as INTL shop open, and will include local orders for the stretch goal and early bird bonuses.
